As a client you can check the status of the server your account is hosted on at any time via our Server Status page
All notices relating to maintenance or server related issues are posted in our Forums in the Server News section (only viewable to clients following registration)
Please ensure you register for the Forums as it is a seaparate system and requires a separate log in to your account one
Once regsitered go to the Server Announcements section and register to receive notifications for the server your account is on. If you are unsure which server this is or how to do this please just submit a support ticket
Also included in the forums are FAQ's and helpful hints provided by ourselves and our clients
All clients receive their own log in for their personalised Billing and support area where they can review and pay invoices and submit support desk through our support desk using the Login link above
